Week #12
November 17: In this class we will examine what led to Crisis of 1917 in France and the Russian Revolutions of 1917. We will finish with the role the Great War played in leading to the February and the October Revolutions.
November 19: In this class we will continue our discussion from Tuesday's class and then move into a discussion of the Civil War and its aftermath, including the creation of the new Socialist state and the attempt to create the new "Soviet Man and woman.
